Monthly Menus

We prepare and deliver personally to eligible clients; a meal consisting of soup, a main course of vegetables and white or red meat or fish,or a dinner salad, and a dessert (sweets or fruit salad), Vitamin C supplement (orange or apple juice); Special diets are available such as diabetic, soft serve, vitamin enriched, food intolerant and ethnic sensitive.
